Trip Overview: Travel with Dr. Arun Gandhi (fifth grandson of the Mahatma) and Dr. Brian Polkinghorn (CADR Department) for a two-week tour through India over winter break to experience and learn more about both Mahatma Gandhi’s legacy as well as visiting a variety of humanitarian NGOs (non-governmental organizations) living out the principles of nonviolence. Both an educational and philanthropic tour, you will have the distinct honor of intimately learning about the history and modern socio-economic principles of Gandhian philosophy directly from the descendants of “Bapu.”
